As a variation to the anti-rheumatic group of postures being performed on a chair, practicing on an exercise ball provides a challenge by adding in core balance with coordinated movements. If one practices Anti-rheumatic Group on a chair these movements will be familiar. Helpful postures for joint mobility, fine motor control, reduction of stiffness and excessive “air” in the joints.
