Morning Yoga Practice – Luxor, Egypt by Akasha
Morning Yoga Practice – Luxor, Egypt
Eleven poses performed in a morning Yoga Practice beside the Nile River in Luxor Egypt, before the rise of the day’s great heat. The cool feeling of ceramic tiles under my feet is a soothing welcome as I flow through a wake-up practice. A restorative sensation reclaims my body, dissolving 13 hours of flying stiffness from the night before. The Song in this Video is a “Chamunda Mantra”, a chant for endurance and faith, by myself, Akasha. (Languages: English, Sanskrit, and Arabic) “Om Aim Hrim Shrim Klim Chamundayai Vichche Namaha” Benefits Of Yoga are exercise, energy, fitness, relaxation, greater range of motion, flexibility, power and mental clarity.
