Abdominal Series (Video Part 1, 2 & 3)
The Abdominal Series is a group of postures focused on strengthening the abdominal musculature, massaging the internal organs which help to purify and improve function; these postures support Intestinal absorption and elimination, as well there will be a reduction in back stiffness, realigning the hips, improving circulation and mobility of the spine. It should be noted that trading sub-quality food stuff for more organic fresh fruits & vegetables will improve the power of abdominal functions, and Manipura Chakra function. through regular practice a sense of power and self contained vitality will greatly increase.
